Aunt Edith was very dear to me. I am so glad that we could stay in touch in recent years and will miss her dearly. I will always remember the summers I spent with Aunt E. and her family, especially Marg. I am thankful for those, and recent, years! She will always remain in my heart and memories. All, I want to express my deepest condolences for the loss of Aunt Edith. Bruce and I spoke and it's so true that even though we may lose touch over the years we are still connected. I remember many a trip to Desoto to visit you all, the trips you all took to Herrin and also our trips to Grandma Emma's. I don't think there's one of us that doesn't remember the trouble we'd get into running around their small farm. I'm hopeful that I can be there for the service on Saturday but just in case I cannot make it due to my recent move to Tennessee please know you all are in my thoughts. Take care of each other and yourselves.

To Lorinda and Family, As you know, I feel your sorrow in the loss of a loved one. Like my Mom, the suffering your Grandmother has been going through is now over and even though it seems to be hardest on those left behind, just remember that your family and close friends are there to support you in times like this. If you need anything Julie and I are just a phone call away.
