To the family of Mrs. Pullen, my condolences on your loss.
The fond memories of going to "downtown" DeSoto to go new shoe shopping at the start of every school year. I picture her, like it was yesterday, sitting on the stool putting on my all time favorite pair of shiny black patten leather shoes - that would be 40 years ago! A little piece of DeSoto history fades with her passing!
