Franklin Donnell “Donnie” Cage, Jr. was born on November 1, 1955 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Franklin Donnell & Maggie M. (nee McCarty) Sr. He died on October 24, 2021 at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County at the age of 65.
Donnie married Kathy Dobbs on February 12, 1977 in Hillsboro, MO.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Cage of Olympian Village; his son, Steven (Dana) Cage of Festus, MO; his daughter, Candice (Cory) Fix of Hillsboro, MO; 4 grandchildren, Camberlynn, Caylie, Chase, and Adalynn; two sisters, Kelly (Dale) Beck of Festus, MO; and Toni (Scott) Edington of Pevely, MO.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Festus and was a retired welder for Good Earth Tool.
