Dolphin T. Schrum, III was born April 21, 1969 in Crystal City a son to Carol (nee Maloney) and Dolphin Schrum, Jr. He died at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City on October 13, 2011 at the age of 42. He is survived by his mother of De Soto; his wife: Shawn (nee Davis) Schrum; three children Jennifer, Ashley, and Dolphin Schrum IV, all of De Soto; and three sisters Carolyn Schrum, Cedartown, GA, Penny (Don) Hayes-Schrum, De Soto, and Rhonda Aroian, De Soto. He is preceded in death by his father. Mr. Schrum was an HVAC technician. Tim Robbins will officiate the service with burial to follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, De Soto.
