Our hearts go out to the Mick and the children and grandchildren. Dennis was a good man and an example to straight forwardness in his life. He will be missed by many friends and relative - I will miss his humor and smile - He was his father's son by being the man that he was and he was his mother son with her heart of giving!! Your old Arkansas Cousin will miss you and you will never be forgotten!!! Love, Danny Boy aka Danny Honnoll

Dennis, I was so glad that I got to see you and Mick a few years ago. We had a few good laughs last year when we spoke. Last night I took out the Indian doll you gave me 55 years ago. It makes me feel like I have a little part of you when I look at it and remember your humor and the way you lived your life exactly the way you wanted to. How many of us can say that? With love and admiration, Debbie

Being second youngest of the first cousins, my memories are that of a small child. Dennis was 16 years when I was born. Yet I dearly cherish a 1957 photo taken of all the first cousins. In his arms Dennis cradled a 4-month old baby, that was me. My fondest memory comes 6 years later when we traveled drove down for Dennis and Mick's wedding. At first glance I thought Mick to be the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. And Dennis, he was so strong and handsome. Being so in awe of them, I followed them around whenever I could, especially becoming Mick's tiny shadow as she prepared for the wedding. Never once did Dennis or Mick say a harsh or unkind word to that small child, even when my parents surely offered to get me out of their hair. That graciousness, that kindness of spirit given to that surely pestering child holds a special place in my heart even now, some 45 years later. Though I am not there in person, I send my thoughts and prayers to Mick and Phyllis, and all the kids and now grandbabies. And Dennis -- farewell my handsome prince.
