Christopher Douglas Gorman was born in Crystal City on July 31, 1991 a son to Douglas Gorman and Pauline (nee Johnson) Gorman. He died in St. Francois County on May 3, 2013 at the age of 21. He is surived by his father and mother who both live in Fredericktown; his sister Casey Gorman, Fredericktown; maternal grandmother: Faye “Mickey” Huskey, De Soto; paternal grandmother: Linda (Steve) Latham, De Soto; and great grandparents Gilbert and Audrey Street, Hillsboro. He is preceded in death by two grandfathers: Walter “Jiggs” Huskey and Rickey Gorman.
Christopher was a “Country Boy” who rode and broke horses and enjoyed time with his Blue Heeler Tough and his horse Gunner. He also worked as a cattle handler for Cureton Livestock Market in Fredericktown. Pastor Randy Sawyer of the Calvary Temple in Fredericktown will officiate the services. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Christopher Gorman Memorial Fund of Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
