Dear Desi, Molly and Warren I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother and Warren for the loss of your wife. She was more than just an aunt to me. She was one of my best friends. We talked if not every day several times a week. I miss her deeply! I miss her voice and her laughter! She will always be in my heart. Love Julie Griffin

Molly, Desi and Warren, so sorry for your loss. I talked on the phone with Brenda frequently, and she was always funny and concerned about others. She could always brighten my day. She cared for me as a young child and I will cherish our conversations and memories forever. Take care and reach out to me if there is anything you need. Love Aaron

Brenda was my best friend when we were in school together in Texas beginning in 6th grade. It was so hard when she moved to Festus, MO We kept in touch for several years sharing lots of cards and letters. We recently reconnected and spoke on the phone frequently. I am heartbroken to learn of her passing. She was so proud of Desi, Mollie and the family and loved them and Martin so much. My prayers go out to her family and friends.

I met Brenda the summer of 1970. She had just moved here from Texas and my best friend had just moved to Texas and we bonded over our broken hearts. We spent the summer hanging out, walking back and forth between our houses and being carefree teenagers. I have so many good memories of that summer. We lost touch over the years but I can still remember the way she laughed, and how she got so excited about the smallest things. My prayers to her family.

I worked with Brenda at National and what always came through was how proud Brenda was of her children. I am so very sorry, Desi and Molly for your loss. Your mom loved you so much.
