We will all miss seeing him working in his garden, and driving by to see the Christmas lights. He was a kind man and will sadly be missed.

One of the things I miss about De Soto is being Bills neighbor. I miss seeing him working in his beautiful garden. Rest in peace my friend.

After almost 60 years of life and thinking back, there have only been a handful of what I thought a man should really be, Uncle Bill you are one. We will think of you often and know that we love you always. Love to all the family.
