My most sincere condolences to Michael and the Nickelson family. The constant love and support you showed your mother is a testament to your upbringing that was instilled by her efforts. The stories, memories, and even live videos you’ve shared during your daily lives will forever remind you of how great of a mom, grandmother, and friend she was.

Miss Betty, I never got to meet you but through Michael I feel like we are best friends. We both were born in 1939, grew up in an era that parallels my life. I am forever grateful that Michael shared your life with all of us Peeps. Save me a seat in heaven because I know we have a lot to talk about!!!

Dear Michael and Nickelson family, We extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved mother. The funeral service was a beautiful tribute to her life, filled with love, warmth, and cherished memories. It was evident how deeply she touched the lives of everyone around her. I was grateful for the opportunity to meet and talk with her at the Peeps gatherings; she was a dear soul with a beautiful smile. I will cherish the fond memories, especially hearing her play the guitar on video. Please know that our thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I never got the Privilege of meeting Miss Betty in person I felt as if I knew her through our wonderful group of peeps. Such a little precious lady with a beautiful sense of humor and grace about her. Loved all the interaction through our online lives. My love and prayers and sincere condolences to Michael, Dave, the girls Zane and Reaves. May God keep you in the palm of his hand give you strength and peace in the days to come. Betty was such a hoot! I enjoyed getting to fall in love with this sweet lady through Michael at the Flower Patch of Festus. Michael would tell some tales on his live and us peeps would have to go to Ms Betty for the correct version. Haha. Michael loves to pick on her and I think she loved it just as much. I know the peeps sure enjoyed their tales. Betty will be missed by us all! She was such an awesome little thing. Michael and family - I admire your courage and strength during this difficult time. She must have been such a wonderful mother and person. I was so moved by the services. I really enjoyed seeing her with the peeps live every day. Such cute stories that Michael told about her. She sure loved her home and her family very much. You all have my deepest sympathy.

Ms. Betty will be greatly missed; but her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit will be remembered forever by all that loved her! She raised an incredible family whom share a legacy of faith and love of music. I will always cherish our phone conversations and especially her encouraging words with my recent loss. I extend my deepest sympathies to her entire family. Even though I never met you personally, I watch you son\\\\\\\'s lives most of the time and have seen you there. You were and will be in your family\\\\\\\'s hearts and memories forever. I listened to Michael\\\\\\\'s video with you playing and singing with him. You raised such a lovely family that you can be proud of.
