Barbara JoAnn Mills Radford was born on August 29, 1944 in Hartford, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Walter & Angelina (nee Sorbello) Gibson. She died on January 30, 2015 at Kindred Hospital in St. Louis County.
She is survived by her husband, William Radford, Hillsboro, MO; two sons, Walter (Shannon) Mills, Hillsboro, MO; John (Sheila) Mills, Lonedell, MO; three grandchildren, Brittany, Alyssa, and Zachary Mills; and sister, Kathy (Paul) Ames of Port St. Lucie, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Arnel Mills.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donation may be made to the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
