Dear Family, Bob and his wife were good neighbors to us and to our parents, when we lived back in Desoto from 1980 through 2002. Bob always had a happy wave to us as we drove by, while he was sitting on his front porch, and we would often stop and talk with him. We have many happy memories of Bob and his family! God's blessings on all of you!

I sat outside my house today and looked down to our old home....I could see us on the porch and then we would jumped off as you timed us running around the yard as fast as we could....always wondered if you forgot to count once we were out of sight. I could see you calling the "girls" as they ran down the street to go see their grandpa and get those treats. I remember the thumb wrestling we had till Mom yelled..."Bob you are going to hurt that girl." Josh and I would giggle till we were red in the face on the floor while you said something so funny...or maybe not that funny except to us. I remember listen to the AM station even when there was a FM...and loving the old music. Watching Lawrence Welk on Sunday nights ot MASH over and over again. And anytime there was a show with sign language, you would tell exactly what they were saying. Your whistling, your laugh, your jokes and stories will be missed so much. You were my Dad and I will never be able to thank you enough. I love you to the moon and back....give Mom an extra hug for me....until we meet again!

Grandpa I am going to miss you so much! I find myself smiling when I remember a silly joke or your witty remarks. I remember playing the dot game for hours with you at Hardee's! Everytime a storm is rolling in and I go outside to look, I will remember that you were the one who taught me that! But above all, I will remember how much you loved anyone and everyone you ever met. Not to mention, remembering their names (or jumbled up name) and who they were kin too! I will miss you today and every day after!

I will never forget the front porch talks when we were neighbors. You were always so good to us. The boys still talk about Mr. Schutte giving them cookies! I'm sure that you are in Heaven sharing all of your great stories! All our love~~John, MeLissa, Drew, Noah, and Riley Belleville.

I have many childhood memories of being around Cleta and Bob when I was younger. Also all the girls. Very nice man. Did all of our plumbing years ago when he really didn't want to but did because of my parents.

Uncle Bob, I will truly miss you. You and Aunt Cleta made my childhood fun and full of memories. You will be truly missed but I am glad you are where you belong, with Aunt Cleta. I love you!
