He is survived by his mother, Murna Evans of Festus, MO; sister, Mary Ann (Charles “Rocky”) Pirrello, Ballwin, MO; and brother, Tommy Evans of Manchester, MO; 2 Nieces and 3 Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roscoe Evans.
In lieu of fowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
