Winifred Crossen Bell was born August 20, 1918 in Corning, Ark. a daughter to George Minor and Clara (nee Johnson) Fallin.  She died October 10, 2009 at her home in Robertsville at the age of 91.  She is survived by her daughter Dianne (Floyd) Carver;  her son Darrel (Linda) Crossen; step children Shirley Waymire, Alice Axley, and John J. “Pete” Bell Jr.; her brother Clarence “Milton” Fallin, 17 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 11 great great- grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Manuel Crossen; her second husband John J. Bell Sr.; sisters Doris Fallin, and Anna Lee White; brothers Charles Fallin and George Minor Fallin; a grandson Shaun Crossen and a step brother Don Bell.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church-Festus/Crystal City and loved sewing and quilting.  Bro. James Waymire will officiate the service.  Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church-Festus/Crystal City or the American Cancer Society.
