Wilma L. Thacker was born April 24, 1914 in Yell County, AR. She was the daughter of William B. and Allie V. (nee Pence) Bice. She died on January 4, 2012 at Parkland Care & Rehabilitation Center in Wentzville, MO at the age of 97 years. She is survived by her daughter, Melba “Sue” Parisi, Wentzville, MO; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cheedle O. Thacker; siblings, Bobby Bice, Barney “Ed” Bice, Jesse Bice, Ralph Bice, William Bice; Pearl Fairbanks, Noma Bice, and Ruby Pate.
