Wanda Mae Wilson was born June 11, 1925 in Venice, Illinois. She was the daughter of Guntry and Vade (nee Wilburn) Stewart. She died on April 16, 2014 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her children, Robert Wilson, De Soto, MO; Alice Dufrenne, De Soto, MO; William (Ethel) Wilson; De Soto, MO; Frank Wilson, De Soto, MO; Betty (Karl) Spurgin, De Soto, MO, and Stephen (Terri) Wilson, De Soto, MO; 17 Grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cleophus Jack Wilson; one sister, Helen DeClue; one granddaughter, Linda Kay Christopher; and two great-grandchildren, Sarah Schweppe and Justin Dufrenne. Wanda was a member of Luckey Baptist Church. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
