  • Interment: Calvary Cemetery, De Soto

Virginia Rose Schutte was born in Bliss on October 15, 1932 a daughter to Henry and Mary Rose (nee Coleman) Boyer. She died at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis on September 11, 2021 at the age of 88. She is survived by her children: Vincent (Donna) Schutte, House Springs, Ed (Kay) Schutte, De Soto, Rose Marie Douglas, Springfield, and Betty Boushie, Lake Ozark; ten grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; two sisters: Margaret (the late Art) Yarbrough and Rita (Ed) Seyfarth, both of De Soto and two brothers: John (Grace) Boyer and  Everette (Diane) Boyer, both of De Soto. She is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; Joseph E. Schutte, Sr. and Anthony “Bob” Schutte; six sisters; Lucille Guenther, Cynthia O’Neal, Louise Mendenhall, Elizabeth Bourbon, Theresa Sampson, and Cecilia Coleman a brother Joseph Boyer and her step father Ken Silvey. Also surviving are the children of her second husband Anthony “Bob” Schutte: Cheryl Aubuchon, Diana  Gresko and Penny (Jeff) Milner and their families. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to: Families of Calvary Cemetery, P.O. Box 222, De Soto, MO 63020.
