Virginia Ruth Meckfessel was born September 24, 1915. She died on November 13, 2011 at Limestone Health Facility in Athens, Alabama at the age of 96. She was the wife of the late Elmer “Mac” Meckfessel. Dear mother of Mary Ann (Bob) Droege, Athens, AL; grandchildren, Madeline Hardacre, Melany Tenore, Abigail Baker and Ted Eversoll; great-grandchildren, Ethan Hardacre, Miles Hardacre, Anna Hardacre, Griffin Tenore, Pilar Tenore, Audrey Baker and Guss Baker. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be given to the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church Preschool, Highway 72, Rogersville, AL 35652.
