Virginia Campbell was born August 19, 1921 in Blackwell, MO. She was the daughter of Howard Stanley and Genevieve (Donald) Cole. She died on October 4, 2011 at her residence in Blackwell, MO at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her children, James “Jim”  (Holly)Michael Campbell, St. Louis, MO; and Mary Patricia Rutkowski, Blackwell, MO; siblings, Ruth (the late Ernest) Cole McKee, Blackwell, MO; three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lt. Col. Army Retired James Stanley Campbell; siblings, Elaine Babbitt and James Cole. Mrs. Campbell was a member of the St. Andrew’s Methodist Church, De Soto, MO.
