Thelma L. Bradford was born March 19, 1929 in Sabula, MO. She was the daughter of David Wesley and Pauline Mary (nee Lewis) Meadows. She died on October 16, 2022 at Fountainwood at Lake Houston, Atascocita, TX at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her son, John Edgar Bradford (Patty), Anchorage, AK; and a daughter, Amy Elizabeth Bradford Schober (Jerry), Houston, TX; daughter-in-law, Kathy Bradford; grandchildren, Angela (Nick) DeMaria, Thomas Bradford, Jr., Jeremiah (Kenan) Bradford, Jennifer (Taylor) Palomo, Heather (Tony) Spano, John (Cheyenne) Bradford, Jr. and James (Karina) Bradford; great-grandchildren, Jaydon, Blake, Gage, Amelia, Miriam, Emsleigh, Kesed, Haddon, Eleanor, Meaghan, Jared, Austin, Brooklyn, Cooper, Titus, and Zaiden; great great-grandchildren, Blake and Bailey; one sister, Shula Mae (Lloyd) Davis, De Soto, MO. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edgar R. Bradford; one daughter, Vicki Belinda Bradford, one son, Thomas David Bradford; and one sister, Jo Ann (Oscar) Akins. Thelma was a retired teacher at Vineland Elementary School, had also taught at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. She was matriarch (the boss) of the Bradford, Meadows and Lewis families.
