Shirley (nee Salisbury) Strever was born on May 11, 1936 in St. Louis, MO. She was the daughter of William and Mary (nee Sloan) Haverstick. She died Septmeber 1, 2007 at her home in De Soto, MO having reached the age of 71 years, 3 months, and 21 days.
She is survived by two daughters Sherry Richard and Pamela Huskey both of De Soto, MO. Five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, and one grandson James Richard.
