Cassandra L. “Sandy” Parmeley was born in St. Louis on September 6, 1942 a daughter to Lawrence and Elizabeth “Elsie” (nee Scuras) Kreft. She died on June 5, 2026 at Cedarhurst Senior Living of Wentzville at the age of 83. She is survived by her two sons Craig “Butch” (Carol) Parmeley, Kansas City, MO and Mike (Cindy Rydberg) Parmeley, Wentzville and four grandchildren: Lauren Parmeley, Drew Parmeley, Alexis Parmeley and Abbigail Parmeley. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband LeRoy F. “Bill” “Deacon” Parmeley. Sandy had worked as an office administrator for Briarwood Estates and most recently AmVets Post #48. She was also a member of AmVets Post #48 Auxiliary and enjoyed making beautiful quilts.
