Royce D. Wibble was born Feb 12, 1942 in St. Louis, MO a son to Roy E. and Fanita (nee King) Wibble. He died May 8, 2010 at his Hillsboro residence at the age of 68. He is survived by his children Royce (Tammie) Wibble, Maxine (Harry) Swanson, and Charles (Penny) Woodruff; two sisters Beverly (Jesse) Scherrer and Etta (Michael) Courtois; a brother Alfred Wibble; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother-in-law Bob Mullins; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Tommie Wibble,a sister Joyce Mullins; and a grandson John Woodruff. He was a truck driver and a member of the Highland Baptist Church.
Interment is at Peaceful Meadows Cemetery.
