Rosa Agnes Arndt was born in Cannon Mines on October 6, 1930 a daughter to Frank and Minnie Mary (nee Pratt) Rulo. She died in De Soto on April 28. 2024 at the age of 93. She is survived by her children: Gary (Lynne) Arndt, De Soto, Darrel Arndt, Bunker, Madonna (Rick) Sitze, Festus, Sharon (Randy) Francis, De Soto, Richard Arndt, De Soto and Bruce (Suzanne) Arndt, Troy, NY; 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jesse LeRoy Arndt; a grandson Brandon Francis; six sisters: Geraldine Rulo, Estalene Rulo, Louise Howell, Christine Johnson, Cecilia Olsen and Alice Butler and three brothers: James Rulo, David Rulo and Joseph “Buck” Rulo. Rosa had retired from the Chrysler Automobile Manufacturing Plant in Fenton and was a member of U.A.W. Local #110. She enjoyed St. Louis Blues Hockey, going to the casinos, playing the Lottery and going to yard sales.
