Roger Edward Ruengert was born August 26, 1944 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Edward J.R. and Norburn (nee Teuteberg) Ruengert. He died on September 16, 2012 at his residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 68 years 21 days. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Lou (nee Binder) Ruengert, De Soto, MO; two sons, John (Heather Hill) Ruengert, Hillsboro, MO and Bryan (Jeannie) Ruengert, De Soto, MO; step-daughter, Barb (A.J.) Jackson, Granite City, IL; one sister, Sandy (George) Walker, Cottleville, MO; grandchildren, Kylie Elizabeth Ruengert, Riley (Chelsea) Hughes, and Wyatt Edward Ruengert; great-grandchildren, Rori and Lena. He is preceded in death by his parents. Roger was owner of Ruengert Plumbing; member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, De Soto, MO; and served in the U.S. Navy.
