Robert D. “Bob” Sansoucie was born August 13, 1937 in De Soto, MO. He was the son of Clarence Kailen and Mary Katherine “Katie” (Christopher) Sansoucie.
He died on April 26, 2011 at his residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 73 years.
He is survived by his brother, Donald L. (Bernie) Sansoucie, Ste. Genevieve, MO; one sister, Mary Ann (John) Bigland, St. Louis, MO; dear uncle of Wayne Paul Sansoucie, Rita Lynn (Jim) Wofford, Bryan Joe Sansoucie, and Kevin Neal (Jennifer) Sansoucie; dear nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Bob was a Butcher and Meat Cutter for Koch’s Market, Queen’s Market, Gannon’s, and Mary’s Market; he was a member of the AmVets Post #48 and Knights of Columbus Council #1185.
