Ralph Leroy Rice, Jr. was born May 20, 1964 in Sullivan, MO. He was the son of Shirley May Rice and Iris Logan Rice. He died on December 3, 2021 at the age of 57 years. He is survived by his wife, Sheila (nee Brooks) Rice, De Soto, MO; children, Sheleenna (Michael) Barnett, De Soto, MO; Devin (Emily) Heaston, De Soto, MO; Lacey (Brian) Smith, De Soto, MO; and Derek Heaston, De Soto, MO; foster children, Payten Crump, De Soto; Ariana Crump, De Soto; and James Crump, De Soto; siblings, Christine (Gary) Smith, Debbie Castleman, Sandy (the late Andrew) Ross, William Rice, Anna (Mike) Storz; and eight grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ron Wilson.
