Rachel Diane Warren was born December 2, 1989 in Cahokia Il. She died at the Missouri University Hospital in Columbia at the age of 23. She is survived by three children: Natalie Jamie Louise Waln, Nevaeh Ann Waln, Gracie Marie Waln, and their father Keith Waln; her mother: Patricia Ann (McKenzie) Smith, Rolla; her father: Allen Warren, Fairview Heights, IL; one sister: Amanda Donnelly, Cahokia, Il; one brother: Cory Smith: Pontoon Beach, Il, her grandfather: Michael McKenzie, Leslie; one step-sister: Brandy Marshall; one step-brother: Christopher Gage; aunt:Diana Meyer, Hillsboro; uncle: Richard Butler, Festus; and cousins: Linda, Mary, Catherine, Christopher, Alex, and Joseph. She is preceded in death by her grandmother: Shirley McKenzie. Rev. Richard Lewis will officiate the memorial service.
