Phyllis Ann Rock was born in St. Louis on December 24, 1951 a daughter to Edward W. and Velma Jean (nee Woods) Hurt. She died at her Ste. Genevieve home on September 15, 2023 at the age of 71. She is survived by her husband Louis Glen Rock; one daughter Tammy (Mike) Sansoucie, Park Hills; two sons: Jody (Sarah) Rock, De Soto and Billy Joe Rock, Sr., Ste Genevieve; eleven grandchildren: Donald James Arnett, Cassie (Kenny) Freeman; Kurt Webb, Glen Webb, Sarah Webb, Jason Webb, Sr., Alyssa Rock, Ashlynn Rock, Billy Joe Rock, Jr., Bentley Rock and Carson Rock; nineteen great grandchildren and three sisters. She is preceded in death by her daughter Stacey Ann Arnett; her granddaughter Kelsey Arnett a great grandson Jason Webb Jr. and two sisters and one brother.
