Ida Murilla Jean “Mid” Huskey was born May 11, 1929 in Hillsboro, MO. She was the daughter of Henry Patterson and Grace Magdaline (nee McMullin) Drennen. She died on May 8, 2014 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 84 years. She is survived by her daughters, Sally (Bob) Riggs, De Soto, MO and Crystal (Michael “Jimmy”) Freeman, Hillsboro, MO; one sister-in-law, Ernestine “Tine” Drennen, Hillsboro, MO and a brother-in-law, Bob (Shirley) Huskey, Hillsboro, MO; six grandchildren, Clint (Cathy) Freeman, Hillsboro, MO; Lee Freeman, Valles Mines, MO; Josh (Erin) Rousan, Dittmer, MO, Slade Rousan, Dittmer, MO, Sarie (Shane) Frazier, De Soto, MO; Jennifer Finke, Hillsboro, MO; great-grandchildren, Clayton Vassali, Cailey Freeman, Kaitlin Brady, Syden & Savanah Frazier; and Stevie Rousan. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lester Ray Huskey; and one brother, Donald Drennen. Mid was a member of the Hillsboro Baptist Church.
