Mary Evelyn Kozloski was born June 1, 1935 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of Theodore “Pug” and Gladine (nee Hall) Statzel.
She died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City, MO at the age of 75 years.
She is survived by her husband Earl Kozloski,De Soto, one son Kevin Kozloski, De Soto, her siblings, Clara Shumake, St. Louis, Vernon (Violet) Statzel, De Soto, Dorothy Vinyard, Festus, Alvin “Buddy” (Violet) Statzel, Festus, Orville “Butch” (Linda) Statzel, Washington, and Joyce (Ted) Flanagan, Cape Coral, FL; one grandchild, Anna Kozloski.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers – in – law Rev. Ray Shumake and Floyd Vinyard.
