Dear Joan, Kevin, Carol and family, May you find peace in knowing that Mark is in a far better place now. You all faced some tough challenges together. I'm sure he is as proud of you as you are of him. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Carl and Nancy Sandstedt and family

It hurts me deeply to say that I barely knew Mark, and it hurts me more to realize that I now never have the chance to know him. I feel very sorry for the family, and would like to say that any who knew him should feel lucky, for I have heard that he was a great man. He will be missed deeply.

Joan and family...I am so deeply sorry that Mark has left us, but am grateful that his pain has ended. I feel privileged to have known Mark for all my life. At class reunions, he always had a smile for me. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

For Mark, I know all our school friends are celebrating your life and all the goodness and laughs and fun that makes these memories so heartfelt. Although many years have past, you have influenced us to remember our youth and be reunited with each other. May God rest your soul and bless your family and friends now and forever. I am glad that I was one of your friends. Beverly A. (Lund) Huzar, May 29, 2009

Joan and Kevin, my heart aches for your loss. I have know Mark for 50 years and have very fond memories of a great, loving, dear friend. There are a lot of people that will miss him dearly and I am one of them. We know he is at peace now and that is what gets everyone through this hard time. He will be dearly missed. Donna

Aunt Joan and Kevin, I am so very Sorry for the both of you going through what you are. Uncle Mark was a great person and just because he is not on land he is still in our hearts and just look above and you will see him up in heaven. He is now out of pain and is watching over us and hearing our prayers with Matt in a far better and relaxing place. Yes, he will be missed, but NEVER FORGOTTEN!!! You both know I am here for you and please dont hesitate to get a hold of me for ANYTHING! I LOVE YOU AUNT JOAN, KEVIN, MATT, AND UNCLE MARK AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE, YOU ALL MEAN THE WORLD TO ME AND ALWAYS WILL! Love Always, Mandy 5/29/09 6:12PM
