Lillie Elizabeth Rulo Turner was born July 14, 1945 in Williamsville, MO. She was the daughter of William Norval and Dortha (nee Bilbrey) Strange. She died on January 30, 2022 in De Soto, MO at the age of 76 years. She is survived by her children, William (Judy) Rulo, De Soto, MO; Dortha (Ken, Sr.) Rike, De Soto, MO; Brenda Johnson, De Soto, MO; one step son William (Roselyn) Turner; and one step daughter, Shanna (Daniel) Davis; one brother, Charles Strange, St. Charles; fifteen grandchildren, Johnnie Rulo, Nickolas Rulo, D.J. Rulo, Amanda (Stephen) Mitchell, Donald (Jessica) Rulo, Beth Heath, Tiffany Downs, Emily Rike, Matt Nosser, Rebecca (Glen) Brown, Leeanna (Chase) Brown, Steven Johnson, Jr., Matt Johnson, Sr., Heather Johnson, and David Johnson; thirty one great grandchildren with one on the way and one great great grandchild; six step grandchildren, Shayna, James, William, Makayla, Cristina, and Grace. She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Donald Rulo; her second husband, Walter William “Bill” Turner; son-in-law, Steve Johnson, Sr.; step daughter, Donna Nunley; one sister, Wilma June Reimolds; and one grandson, Kenneth Rike, Jr.  Lillie worked at a daycare where she loved to take care of babies. Her family was # 1 to her, she loved getting to spend time with her friends and family, worshipping the Lord, and playing games. Lillie was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, Paragould, AR.
