Judith Ann “Judy” Baker was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 21, 1944 a daughter to Lester and Caroline (nee Beil) Morford.  She died at her De Soto home on September 27, 2026 at the age of 81.  She is survived by her son Steve (Julie) Baker, De Soto; her daughter Leisa (John) Rakowski, Draffenville, KY and three grandchildren: Ashley Baker, Rebekah (Kris) Warner and Leanza (Sion) Grant.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Delmar Baker, her brother Billy Morford and her sister Carol Whitman.  Judy had retired as a Wal-Mart Associate having worked at the Paducah, KY and De Soto stores.  She enjoyed caring for her pets and going to the casino.
