Joyce Jean Mullins was born August 29, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter to Roy Earnest and Izella Fanita Glee (nee King) Wibble. She departed this life on December 29, 2006, at her home in Crystal City, Missouri, having reached the age of 61 years 4 months.
Joyce was united in marriage to Robert Mullins and to this union was born one son. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her husband Robert Mullins and son Tim (wife Claudia) Mullins of Crystal City; two brothers: Royce D. (wife Tommie) Wibble, Hillsboro, Missouri; and Alfred E. Wibble, Licking, Missouri; two sisters: Beverly (Jesse) Scherrer, De Soto, Missouri, and Etta (Michael) Courtois, Festus, Missouri; four grandchildren: Dustin Mullins, Zachery Fields, Shannon Gregory and Taylor Gregory, other relatives and friends.
A member of the Highland Baptist Church, until her illness she worked at a housekeeper at St. Clement’s Liguori.
