Jerry Lewis Millmaker, Sr. was born on October 24, 1946 in Patterson, MO, He was the son of Samuel Lewis and Katie Marie (Boatwright) Millmaker. He died on March 16, 2015 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City at the age of 68.
On July 9, 1966 in St. Louis, MO, Jerry married Kathleen M. Conway. He is survived by his wife of Fletcher, MO; his son, Jerry L. Millmaker, Jr. of Fletcher, MO, sister, Sharon Millmaker of Mill Springs, MO; and grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, James, Michael, and Dustin; and great grandchildren, Jaela, Aiden, and Trinity.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Tina Marie McNeal, daughter-in-law, Tracy Millmaker, brothers, Robert Lee Millmaker, Ray Gene Hendrix, and sister, Evelyn Cope.
Jerry attended Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Church and Pastor David Evans will officiate the service.
