Jerry Lindley Williamson was born in Crystal City on March 23, 1941 a son to John B. and Lucille M. (nee Yates) Williamson.   He died at his Festus home on October 4, 2023 at the age of 82.  He is survived by his wife of 62 years Brenda (nee Singer) Williamson, Festus; two daughters: Terri Lynn (Rick) Waymire, Festus and Kim (Jeff) Younger, Festus; two granddaughters: Kelby (Ryan) Brown and Devin Younger; a great grandson Miller Lindley Brown; two brothers: John (Lucille) Williamson, El Paso, TX and James “Jim” Williamson, De Soto; and a sister in law Pauline Williamson.  He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Joseph Williamson and two sisters in  law: Carol Williamson and Gail Williamson.  He was a retired Carpenter and a member of Carpenter’s Local #2214.  He enjoyed traveling and especially going to Maui.
