Geraldine “Jeri” M. McGuire Young was born in Fisk on September 6, 1925 a daughter to Rex and Lucy (nee Murphy) Baker.  She died in De Soto on November 27, 2020 at the age of 95.  She is survived by six daughters: Nancy Hale, Bonne Terre, Margaret Goff, De Soto, Carrie (Sonny) Bourbon, De Soto, Glenda Pratte,  Bonne Terre, Mary (Steve) Snyder, De Soto, and Becky (Bob) Cowee, Graham, WA; two sons: Tom McGuire, De Soto and Jim McGuire, St. George, Utah; sixteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a son-in-law George Frazer, Bonne Terre and two step daughters: Ruth (the late Bill) Renick, Pevely,  and Jeannie (Wayne) Province, Farmington and their families.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her step-father Wilson Davis; two husbands; Harold McGuire and Leo Young; her daughter Sue Huskey Frazer; five grandchildren: Lori Huskey, Randy Bourbon, Scott King, Tammy Goff, and Troy Snyder and two sons-in-law Tom Hale and Mike Goff.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations ay be made to: Mercy-Jefferson Hospice, P.O.
