Jeannette “Peggy” Pfeiffer was born in Potosi on February 28, 1933 a daughter to Richard and Mary (nee Pashia) Sparks. She died at Hillcrest Care Center on October 14, 2013 at the age of 80. She is survived by one son: V. Keith (Becky) Pfeiffer, Hillsboro; 10 grandchildren: Brian, Kelly, Danielle, Heather, Holly, Hillary, Hannah, Cassie, Lauren, and Matthew; and 16 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years: Warren Pfeiffer; two sisters: Marie Shaul and Cleta Sparks; and two brothers George Sparks and Al Sparks. She retired as a machinist for Carter Carbeurator and is a member the IBEW. She is also a member of Belew’s Creek Chapel, Hillsboro, MO.
