James Prince
February 15, 1934 - January 2, 2014
James Roy “Jim” Prince was born February 15, 1934 in McKenzie, TN. He was the son of Carmel “Peck” Prince and Hattie Mae (nee Dinkins) Prince Carroll. He died on January 2, 2014 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO at the age of 79 years. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Lucille “Penny” (nee Hudson) Prince, Hillsboro, MO; children, Valerie (Doug) McKechan, St. Louis County, MO; Robert “Bobby” (Chrissy) Prince, Hillsboro, MO; and Julia Anderson, Hillsboro, MO; seven grandchildren, Jake, Jordan, Jack, and Leah Prince; Darren and Hunter Anderson; and Brayden Campbell. He is preceded in death by his parents. Jim was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of IBEW Local #4, He retired as an engineer for KMOV TV Channel 4. As an expression of sympathy memorials to the Hillsboro Food Pantry.
