James L. Dicus was born March 25, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of Lilburn Dicus and Mabel Gregory Dicus-Leminson.

He is survived by his three daughters, Kathy Brewster, Farmington, MO; Debbie Melton, Houston, TX; Theresa Parciak, Hillsboro, MO;two sons, James Dicus, Hillsboro, mO and Fred Dicus, St. Louis, MO; one brother, Gene “Rosie” Dicus, Lompoe, CA; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elaine (Driskill) Dicus; one son, Michael Dicus; one daughter, Brenda Cerda; one sister, Faye Crocker.
