- Entombment: Four Seasons Mausoleum at Woodlawn Cemetery, De Soto.
Nancy Jacqualine “Jackie” Grobe was born in St. Louis on November 1, 1934 a daughter to Harry D. and Nancy “Jenny” E. (Eaves) Yiatras. She died at The Oaks in Festus on November 26, 2022 at the age of 88. She is survived by three children: Lester “Dennis” Grobe, Festus, Bill (the late Jerri) Grobe, Festus and Tim (Trina) Grobe, Eureka; seven grandchildren: Crystal (Alex), Nick (Lorigene), Lester (Jamie), Wesley (Becky), Audrey, Noah, and Ethan; eight great grandchildren: Christopher “Chip”, Gary, Maggie, Aiden, Olivia, Alexa, Sawyer and Mariah “Jackie” (John) and two great great grandchildren: Adaline and Mabree. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Darrell Wesley Grobe. Darrell and Jackie had owned and operated the Jack and Jill Store in Festus and the North End Tavern in De Soto. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
