I did not know Howard long. But what I know after just a few short months at Equipment Pro that Howard was a hard worker and put 100% of himself into everything he did. He will be greatly missed missed here at work. I want to give my condolences and prayers to the family.

Howard was a friend I admired greatly. As I got to know Howard I marveled at the breadth and depth of his understanding. He was a life long learner who loved to figure things out, almost as much as he loved helping others. He genuinely cared for others and had the eyes to see people as Jesus would. Even with all of this, he was one of the most humble people I knew. The love he had for his family was immeasurable, He was always thinking of them. We would spend time catching up and you could see a glimmer in his eye or the joy in his voice whenever he talked about the new things they were doing and how great there accomplishments were. Howard was always there to pick you up if things did not go well. Normally with a quick comment like, well I guess that did not work. Never judging, always thinking of getting you back up on the horse to try again. My heart is broken for Jennifer, Ethan, Morganne, Madison, Lydia, Gwendolyn and the rest of Howard's family. I pray that God would surround you with love and draw you close. Howard was family to me, and by extension I felt connected each of you. I am here to help however I can. I am sure that Howard is with God right now, likely asking a few questions he has been holding on to and will likely share his thoughts on how something could have been better.
