She is survived by her husband, Floyd Thebeau, De Soto, MO; her children, Paul (Vicki) Thebeau, Bonne Terre, MO; Paula (Jim) Davis, De Soto, MO; Donna Hammond, Pevely, MO; Debbie Davis, De Soto, MO; Danny Thebeau, Bonne Terre, MO; Pam (Don) Aylesworth, De Soto, MO; and Patty (Rusty) Hammond, De Soto, MO; siblings, Juanita (the late Homer) Thebeau, De Soto, MO; Genevieve (Ollie) Shoults, Hematite, MO; Alice (John) Robertson, Casper, WY; Lilburn (Mary Lou) Huskey, De Soto, MO; James (Pam) Huskey, Billings, MT; seventeen grandchildren; Chastidy, Tonya, Jason, Christopher, Sarah, Jennifer, Danny, Shawn, Bazil, Miles, Beth, Jeremy, Joshua, Rachel, Ben, Gary, and Adam and twenty-eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Huskey. Hazel was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary.
