Harty Nickelson
February 16, 1914 - April 10, 2009
Harty M. Nickelson was born February 16, 1914, in Richwoods, MO, a son to the late Andrew and Florence (nee Inge) Nickelson. He passed away April 10, 2009, in De Soto, MO, at the age of 95.
He married Gladys M. Coleman and to this union five children were born.
He is survived by three sons: Kenneth (Kathy) Nickelson, Tacoma, WA; Floyd (Shirley) Nickelson, Blackwell, MO; and Gary (Christine) Nickelson, St. Louis, MO; one brother, Robert (Mary) Nickelson, Potosi, MO; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, Gladys, he is preceded in death by a son, Dennis Nickelson, and a daughter, Betty June Donnell and her spouse Harold E. Donnell; two grandchildren: Mandy Donnell and Robert Donnell; a great-grandson, Timothy Agers; a sister, Ione Yarbrough; and seven brothers: Joseph, Carl, Clyde, Cletus, Richard, Lester and James Nickelson.
