Geneva Bell Bourisaw was born August 16, 1925 in Mineral Point, MO. She was the daughter of Thomas H. and Annie J. (nee Jolly) Politte. She died on November 18, 2015 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 90 years. She is survived by two daughters, Frances Ann Bourisaw, St. Louis, MO and Patty Jo Bourisaw-Dixon, De Soto, MO; one son, James H. (Kelly) Bourisaw, Jr., Blytheville, AR; grandchildren, Annie Christopher, Abagale Miller, Ali Weimer, and Erika Foyt; seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Homer “Hoover” Bourisaw, Sr.; siblings, Effie Silkwood, Mamie Gilliam, Helen Fisher, Nealy Politte, Edward Politte, Estelle Frye, Josephe Politte, Henry Politte, Roy Politte, Arnita Coleman, and Charles Politte.
