Frank Edward Rogers, Sr. was born in Ware, MO on December 20, 1937 a son to Lola (nee Brown) and Arthur D. Rogers, Sr. He died at Mercy Hospital-Jefferson on April 22, 2020 at the age of 82. He is survived by four children: Sharon “Sherry” (Tim) Dierks, De Soto, MO ; Frank E. “Eddie” Rogers, Jr., De Soto, MO, Dale (Kelly) Rogers, Lebanon, MO, and Jeff Rogers, De Soto, MO; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister: Beverly Carrow, Maryland Heights, MO; two brothers: Charles (Nancy) Rogers, Ware, MO and Floyd “Bud” (Doris) Rogers, Ware, MO; and a sister-in-law: Joyce Rogers, Dittmer, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary A. (nee Christian) Rogers, a brother Arthur Rogers, Jr., and a brother-in-law Norman Carrow. Frank had served in the Missouri National Guard, worked at McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft, retired from the Chrysler Automobile Manufacturing Plant and then owned and operated Jefferson Square Laundry and Dry Cleaning. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, hunting and fishing and gatherings at the family farm.
