Elsie H. Reeder was born March 7, 1926 in Fenton, MO a daughter to Lloyd and Myrtle (nee Bast) Fancher. She died July 28, 2006 at the home of her niece Diana Johnson. She is the wife of the late Maurice Reeder.
Ms Reeder worked for many years as a editor for the Globe-Democrat Newspaper of St. Louis. She was also a member of the St. Lucas United Church of Christ.
