Elizabeth Carol Jones was born July 15, 1948 in Caruthersville, MO. She was the daughter of Rufus and Opal (nee Bostic) Johnson. She died on May 1, 2020 in Blackwell, MO at the age of 71 years. She is survived by one son, John (Shelly) Jones, III, Blackwell, MO and one daughter, Yvonne Mullaney, De Soto, MO; siblings, Steve Johnson, Alan Kania, Harry Welker, Sterling Johnson,  and Calvin Johnson; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John I. Jones, Jr.; siblings, Ellen Johnson, Rufus Johnson, and Charles Grimes.  Elizabeth was a cashier at Festus Wal-Mart.
