Edna May “Skeet” Yarbrough was born January 12, 1922 in Henrietta, OK a daughter to Leslie and Rita (nee Glesius) Welshon. She died December 7, 2012 at the Jeffferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City at the age of 90. She is survived by her son: Dennis Yarbrough, De Soto; one brother Roy (Marcella) Welshon, Sr., Farmington; and one sister-in-law: Flossie Welshon, Mundelein, IL. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Melvin Yarbrough, Sr.; one son Melvin Yarbrough, Jr.; and two brothers: Raymond and Robert Welshon. She was a member of First Baptist Church-De Soto and a charter member of George A. Sutton Memorial V.F.W. Post #1831 Auxillary. Rev. Dr. Jeremy Muniz will officiate the service.
