I'm going to miss you, Dwayne, but I bet you're already before the Lord praying for each of us who are still here till our time comes. You always seemed to me to be so filled with joy and giving and peace. Thanks for all the ways you blessed us. I'm praying for your family, that the Lord will give them solace and comfort. I look up to you an awful lot.

Dwayne Boyer was one of the friendliest, most welcoming people I have ever known. Dwayne always made the time to say hi and I believe he genuinely cared about all people. This wonderful man was getting ready to pledge his life for us as a deacon. We will continue to pray for Dwayne's precious soul and all of Dwayne's loving family and friends, especially Dwayne's dear children. Dear God, Thank You for giving Dwayne to us for 53 years. Dwayne will continue to be missed for a long, long time. I am sure God is saying, well done, good and faithful servant. Amen.
